Job description:

Job Title: Office Admin & Front Desk ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a professional and organized Office Admin & Front Desk Executive to manage front desk operations, visitor handling, administrative coordination, and day-to-day office support activities. The candidate should possess robust communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors/guests professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and day-to-day communication
- Coordinate with staff and provide administrative support across departments
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules
- Assist in office coordination and daily administrative operations
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and office documents
- Ensure smooth office functioning and support management activities
- Handle courier, stationery, and office supply management
- Support internal team coordination and client communication




- Perform multitasking activities as assigned by management

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle calls and visitors professionally
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in administration/front desk will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹10,621.63 - ₹28,582.24 per month
