A global alternative investment platform is seeking Associates to support investment operations, transaction execution, and portfolio activities across complex alternative asset classes.
This role offers direct exposure to global investment teams, transaction workflows, and sophisticated financial products , working closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day investment operations across multiple strategies and asset classes
- Support transaction processing including fundings, settlements, distributions, and cash movements
- Review transaction documentation and ensure accurate operational execution
- Support valuation and reporting processes, including cash flow analysis
- Reconcile cash positions with administrators and counterparties
- Maintain investment data, models, and operational systems
- Support audits, compliance reviews,



and due diligence processes
- Identify operational issues and contribute to process improvements
- Partner with global teams across investment, legal, treasury, tax, compliance, and risk

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. CPA, CFA, or MBA qualifications are beneficial.
- 2–4 years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, or financial services
- Solid understanding of financial products, transaction lifecycles, and investment structures
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Exposure to alternative investments or complex products is advantageous
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
