Business Analyst - KPMG Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets (AI / GenAI Focus) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact programme focused on extending the Emporium platform to Markets Utilities. This role sits at the intersection of markets operations, enterprise data, and AI-driven transformation. The successful candidate will drive onboarding activities across key utilities, expand data capabilities, and enable intelligent reporting and automation using AI/GenAI solutions. This is a hands-on analytical role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, large-scale data handling, and structured testing expertise.

Required Skills Experience

- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within Markets or Capital Markets operations.
- Proven exposure to Markets Utilities such as reconciliations, fee billing, asset services, collateral management, or regulatory reporting.
- Experience working with very large, complex datasets and enterprise data environments.




- Demonstrated understanding or practical exposure to AI/GenAI-driven analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, modelling, and executive communication.
- Experience creating structured test cases, UAT frameworks, and validation strategies.
- Knowledge of MI/reporting tools and digital dashboards is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in fast-paced programme environments
