Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Executives in a call center (Sales Voice) setting, with a focus on achieving business targets and KPIs.
- Conduct daily team huddles to set objectives, track progress, and ensure sales quotas are consistently met.
- Motivate, guide, and manage team members by allocating daily tasks, monitoring manpower requirements, and controlling attrition and shrinkage.
- Provide regular feedback, identify knowledge gaps, and conduct coaching sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Manage performance monitoring, goal setting, and continuous development of sales representatives.
- Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and forecast trends to support business growth and decision-making.
- Preferably fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English with 5+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years as a Sales Team Leader in a call center sales (voice) process

Data Analysis & Process Improvement:

- Analyze call center data and performance reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Implement process enhancements and best practices to improve efficiency and customer experience.




- Prepare and present regular performance and productivity reports to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5 years overall, including 2+ years as a Sales Team Leader in call center (voice outbound Customer Support & Sales) process.
- BPO / Call Center / Inside Sales with strong exposure to sales-driven voice processes.
- handling, sales coaching, performance monitoring, data analysis, and achieving sales targets.
- leadership, ability to manage attrition & shrinkage; good English communication with Telugu & Hindi language preferred.
- Result-oriented, motivational, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
