1. Product Knowledge:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure cloud services, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Power Platform, and more.

2. Company Needs Analysis:

- Work closely with Company to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for implementing Microsoft solutions.

3. Solution Design:

- Design tailored solutions based on Microsoft technologies to meet Company needs.




- Develop architectures and strategies for implementing Microsoft products effectively.

4. Implementation and Deployment:

- Lead or contribute to the implementation of Microsoft solutions.
- Oversee deployment processes and ensure successful integration with existing systems.

5. Customization and Development:

- Customize Microsoft solutions to align with Company-specific requirements.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, or integrations using Microsoft technologies.

6. Training and Knowledge Transfer:

- Provide training sessions for Company and end-users on how to effectively use Microsoft solutions.
- Transfer knowledge to Company teams for ongoing system management.

7. Data Migration and Integration:

- Manage data migration processes when transitioning to Microsoft platforms.
- Integrate Microsoft solutions with other systems and applications as needed.

8. Project Management:

- Lead or contribute to project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

9. Security and Compliance:

- Implement security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data within Microsoft solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

10. Collaboration with Microsoft:

- Engage with Microsoft representatives and support resources to stay informed about updates, best practices, and new features.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to address complex technical issues or explore creative solutions.

11. Troubleshooting and Support:

- Provide ongoing support to Company, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft solutions.
