Shift - 100%-night shift (9 PM – 6 AM) (Candidate should be open to an alternate shift if required: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM. (This is not regular, only during periods of higher volume and may be for short durations (1–2 months)
Location - Bangalore (WFO – Monday to Friday, Initial 2 months – 8 AM – 5 PM IST), Post 2 months (Remote)
Job Summary:
This role focuses on providing essential HR operational support to employees and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver dedicated to maintaining accurate records, resolving inquiries efficiently, and contributing to service optimization. This is a remote night shift position with a hybrid initial phase and immediate to 15-day notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR-related employee queries via a case management system, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to established workflows.
- Support Tier 1 administrative tasks across various HR platforms and tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee self-service content and knowledge base articles.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, administrative, or operations support.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in HR support or shared services environments is preferred. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
