Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with domestic lenders (both public and private sector) including banks, financial institutions etc.
- Coordinate fund-raising activities including term loans, working capital facilities and structured finance
- Review financial models, CMAs, information memorandums, and credit proposals for lenders
- Work closely with legal, treasury, and business teams on financing transactions
- Coordinate with various consultants including but not limited to TEV, legal consultants, security trustees, financial advisors, credit rating agencies etc. for financing transactions
- Support loan documentation, negotiations,



and compliance with financing terms and covenants
- Monitor and track banking exposure across lenders, facilities, and entities to ensure optimal utilization and risk control
- Liaise with banks for sanctions, renewals, and enhancements of credit facilities
- Ensure timely submission of information to lenders
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
- Preparation of various management MIS

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- 15-18 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, treasury, or banking relationship management
- Strong understanding of banking products, credit appraisal, and financial structuring
- Proven track record of solid lender relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to consortium lending, project finance, or infrastructure financing
- Experience working with large corporates or diversified business groups
