Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Support professional based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network operations, and ensuring a secure IT workplace. The candidate will address user concerns,



maintain system reliability, and coordinate with teams to support IT infrastructure.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
Strong foundational knowledge in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
Effective Customer Service skills with the ability to assist end-users and communicate technical solutions clearly
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in a help desk or IT support role is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively as part of an on-site team in Bengaluru
