Position: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Location: Nalgonda Telangana.
Experience: 15+ years (FMCG / Food / Agri sector preferred)
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent

Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth. This role entails end-to-end ownership of brand building, product strategy, distribution marketing, and consumer engagement, with a robust focus on scaling the business from a regional player to a recognized national brand.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term brand and marketing strategy
Drive brand positioning and premiumization in a competitive FMCG landscape
Lead go-to-market strategies across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels
Develop integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, trade marketing)
Strengthen distribution-driven marketing initiatives and channel visibility
Drive consumer insights, market research, and category intelligence
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with revenue growth targets
Build and manage agency partnerships (creative, media, digital)
Oversee product portfolio strategy, packaging, and innovation roadmap
Manage marketing budgets,
ROI tracking, and performance analytics
Strategic Responsibilities
Scale the brand from regional to multi-state / national presence
Build a strong differentiated identity in the rice/staples category
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Drive premium product positioning and value realization
Operational Responsibilities
Ensure effective execution of campaigns across channels
Monitor brand performance, market share, and consumer engagement metrics
Optimize marketing spend and improve ROI efficiency
Establish robust marketing processes and dashboards
People Management
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Drive accountability, performance reviews, and capability development
Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in FMCG / food brands (rice or staples preferred)
Robust track record in brand building and scaling businesses
Deep understanding of distribution-led marketing models
Expertise in ATL/BTL/digital marketing strategies
Data-driven mindset with robust analytical capabilities
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
