About the Role:

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented CA Fresher to join our Finance team as an Assistant Manager / Management Trainee. This role is ideal for candidates who have gained strong foundational experience during articleship and are eager to build a career in financial reporting and accounting.

Key Responsibility:





- Assist in financial reporting and preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Work on MIS reporting and financial analysis for business insights.
- Maintain and manage accounting records using Tally Prime / ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements and assist during audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2025 / 2026 pass-out.
- Completed Articleship with exposure to Financial Reporting, Statutory Audit & Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with: MS Excel, Tally Prime, Financial Reporting & Analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High level of discipline, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Robust problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
