This role will primarily support projects associated with GMR Web Team, a healthcare digital marketing agency focused on helping healthcare practices improve online visibility, patient acquisition, reputation, and overall digital growth through customized marketing strategies.

Role Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience who understands SEO, AI-driven marketing, digital campaigns, and business growth strategies.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about AI tools, modern marketing approaches, B2B marketing, conversion funnels, and understanding how digital efforts contribute to leads, patient acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform keyword research, SEO optimization, and website audits
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing funnel performance
- Assist in campaign planning and execution across SEO, email marketing, and social media
- Understand customer journeys, lead generation, and conversion strategies




- Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI search visibility strategies
- Use AI tools for content optimization, research, reporting, automation, and marketing workflows
- Support email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for marketing execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Stay updated with AI trends, Google updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, website audits, and analytics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing tools
- Understanding of marketing funnels, campaign strategy, and conversion optimization
- Experience using AI tools for marketing, SEO, or content workflows
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- Healthcare marketing experience is a plus
