About the Role

The Billing Associate–Client Services will be responsible for managing end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, resolving client billing inquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and a deep understanding of billing systems and financial workflows.

This is a hands-on senior associate role for someone who enjoys the complete billing cycle, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution—especially within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What You’ll Do

Billing Operations

- Generate and process invoices accurately and on time

- Release invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Ensure accuracy of billing data, pricing, contracts, and tax compliance

- Act as the primary point of contact for client billing queries and dispute resolution

- Resolve WIP issues, invoice corrections, and re-billings.

Financial Review & Insights

- Track realization,



gross margin, bill rates, write-ups, and write-downs.

- Partner with engagement teams for WIP and AR management.

Systems & Process Excellence

- Own Dynamics 365 F&O; billing workflows and controls.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with Billing lead and manager

What You Bring

- 2–3+ years of billing experience in professional services.

- Strong MS Dynamics 365 F&O; billing experience

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a global delivery center, captive, or shared services workplace.
- Prior experience supporting US CPA firms, consulting firms, or Big 4 / large professional services organizations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Skills & Competencies

- Strong attention to detail with a control-focused mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Process improvement and SOP documentation experience.
- Comfortable working independently with accountability.
