**Job Description**:**Role Overview:**As a Process Expert RTR at NEC Software Solutions (India) Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the general accounting process for all country units within the NEC. Your role will involve ensuring accurate financial reporting and decision support through activities such as book closing, reporting, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets management, and more.**Key Responsibilities:**- Must have proven experience in RTR process, preferably in a shared service environment, managing a team of executives with varying levels of experience.- Solid attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.- Good working knowledge of Finance processes and exposure to SAP Finance & relevant modules.- Ability to lead RTR process re-engineering and project management.- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.- Manage and optimize the entire R2R cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.- Lead and coordinate closing processes for timely financial reporting.- Collaborate with the Team lead to review and improve accounting processes.- Ensure accurate and timely financial results, monthly closings, and compliance activities.- Review KPIs and SLAs regularly, ensuring adherence by the team and focusing on process efficiency.- Prepare MIS reports and share with BU stakeholders, ensuring confirmation for reporting numbers on DIVA.- Good understanding of financial reporting tools such as DIVA, HFM,
