Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across our diverse healthcare portfolio — spanning medical devices, surgical consumables, incontinence care, baby & mother care, and health monitoring equipment. This role bridges R&D;, manufacturing, sales, regulatory, and marketing teams to drive product innovation, market expansion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals, market trends,



and customer needs across all product verticals (medical devices, surgical consumables, health monitoring, baby care, incontinence care).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across domestic and international healthcare markets (65+ countries) to identify product gaps and opportunities.
Drive current product development (NPD) from ideation to commercialization, working closely with R&D; and manufacturing teams.
Prioritize product features, line extensions, and SKU rationalization based on data-driven insights.

Product Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out strategies.
Define product specifications, packaging requirements, and pricing strategies for both domestic distribution (810+ distributors) and export markets.
Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure all products meet ISO, CE, BIS, and other applicable cert
