Basic Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or any Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
15+ years of experience in procurement, digital transformation, or procurement technology
Robust experience implementing procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ivalua), with focus on systems and tools
Proven track record of delivering automation and process transformation initiatives
Solid understanding of procurement best practices, policies, and tools
Experience managing large, complex projects and end-to-end service / operations delivery
Strong skills in automation technologies (RPA, AI, workflow tools), data analytics, and dashboarding




High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
High level of fluency in spoken and written English
Solid analytical, written, verbal communication, and influencing skills, including creating executive-level presentations and business cases
Demonstrated ability to manage teams directly and influence stakeholders indirectly, including senior leaders
Experience working in matrixed and globally distributed environments
Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure conditions and tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with minimal oversight and high learning agility
Preferred Skills
Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, or related fields
Procurement or related qualified certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM, PMP)
Experience specifically leading global or enterprise-wide procurement digital transformations
Proven capability to motivate, coac
