Job Overview:
We are hiring a agile and customer-focused Sales & Community Executive to manage front desk operations, client tours, and lead conversions at our coworking space. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to convert inquiries into paying members while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Management:
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms
Respond to leads promptly and maintain regular follow-ups
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plans
Maintain and update lead data in Excel/CRM
Client Tours & Conversions:
Conduct professional and engaging site tours
Explain pricing, plans, and benefits clearly
Handle objections and close sales
Convert walk-ins and leads into memberships
Onboarding & Documentation:
Prepare membership agreements and documentation
Coordinate onboarding of recent clients
Maintain proper records and documentation
Front Desk & Experience Management:
Greet visitors and ensure a positive first impression
Manage daily front desk operations
Handle meeting room bookings and inquiries
Ensure the space is clean and presentable
Community & Retention:
Build relationships with existing members
Address basic concerns and escalate when required
Support community engagement activities and events
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
