Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling customer queries and providing support through voice and non-voice channels.
2. Assisting customers with accurate information related to products and services.
3. Following up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
4. Logging customer interactions and updates using company tools and processes.
5. Achieving assigned targets while maintaining quality standards and timelines.
