Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Development Associate – IT Sales & Lead Generation.

This role is focused on finding relevant IT project opportunities, generating and researching leads, preparing customized proposals, maintaining sales data, and supporting business development activities for IT services.

The candidate will mainly work on online bidding, lead research, lead validation, lead enrichment, proposal writing, email drafting, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and CRM or Google Sheets updates.

This is a practical execution role. We need someone who can research properly, write clearly, stay organized, and consistently support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for relevant IT projects on Upwork and similar online platforms.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals for web, software, automation, SaaS, eCommerce, AI, and cloud-related projects.
- Research leads from LinkedIn, directories, business websites, online events, marketplaces, and other public sources.
- Validate and enrich lead data with company name, website, LinkedIn profile, industry, location, decision-maker details, email, phone number, and service relevance.
- Maintain organized lead databases in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, or internal tracking systems.
- Draft professional sales emails, LinkedIn messages, Upwork proposals, and follow-up messages.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to support proposal writing, lead research, message drafting, and sales operations.
- Review project requirements and check whether they match Provis Technologies’ services.
- Coordinate with the internal team for project scope, technical inputs, pricing, and estimation support.
- Maintain proposal records, lead sheets, research notes, follow-up status, and CRM updates.
- Track daily bidding,



lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Support the sales team in building and managing a clean sales pipeline.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, lead generation, online bidding, sales support, or sales operations.
- Experience with Upwork bidding or similar online bidding platforms is preferred.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as website development, web applications, custom software, SaaS, eCommerce, automation, AI solutions, and cloud services.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
- Ability to research, organize, validate, and enrich lead data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented, organized, professional, and target-focused.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Comfortable with daily reporting, follow-ups, and structured sales tracking.

Good to Have

- Previous experience working with an IT services or software development company.
- Experience writing proposals for web, mobile, SaaS, automation, AI, or software projects.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking sheets.
- Understanding of Upwork connects, job filters, proposal strategy, and client communication basics.

Schedule

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
