Position: Project Manager (Interiors Fitout)

Location: Delhi.

Experience Required: Must have 5+ years of experience in Interiors

Key Responsibilities: He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of an interior fitout project from concept to completion, including planning, budgeting, client communication, coordinating with designers and contractors, and ensuring timely execution while adhering to design specifications and project deadlines.

1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project timelines, scope of work, and budget breakdowns based on client requirements and design concepts.

2. Client Management: Maintain open communication with clients, manage expectations, and present design proposals to gain approvals.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with a team of interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Budget Management: Track project expenses, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures.

5. Design Coordination: Ensure design elements align with project specifications, including space planning, furniture selection, finishes, and lighting.

6. Site Supervision: Regularly visit project sites to monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with design plans.

7. Permitting and Approvals:



Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction.

8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and project reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering

1. Interior Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior design principles, trends, and industry standards.

2. Project Management Skills: Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients, designers, and contractors.

4. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve challenges during project execution.
