Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The candidate will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, increase product awareness, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote company products
- Explain product benefits, dosage, usage, and competitive advantages to medical practitioners
- Generate prescriptions and increase product sales in the assigned area
- Maintain robust relationships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies
- Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records
- Ensure timely reporting to Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager
- Organize and participate in medical camps and awareness programs when required

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy,



Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Good presentation and negotiation skills

Experience:

- Fresher to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales preferred
