Job Title: AI Automation & Workflow Engineer – Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

The AI Automation & Workflow Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered workflows and automation systems across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and operational teams to implement practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and support scalable business operations.

- Workflow Design & Automation:Develop and implement AI-powered workflows across business operations.Identify automation opportunities within existing processes.Build end-to-end workflow automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and APIs.Create scalable systems for reporting, campaign analysis, internal QA, task management, and client communications.
- AI Tool Implementation:Configure and deploy workflows using ChatGPT, Claude,



and related AI platforms.Develop structured prompt systems and reusable AI frameworks.Create multi-step AI workflows and automation chains.Ensure AI outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
- Systems Integration:Integrate AI tools with CRM systems, reporting platforms, and project management tools.Work with APIs and middleware solutions to ensure smooth data flow.Maintain structured and clean data inputs to improve automation performance.
- Documentation & Team Enablement:Document workflows, SOPs, and automation processes clearly.Provide internal training and support to teams using AI systems.Create process playbooks and workflow guidelines.
- Workflow Optimisation & Scaling:Continuously improve workflows based on operational feedback and performance.Identify new automation opportunities across departments.Develop scalable solutions suitable for multiple teams and client projects.
- Technical Support & Compliance:Provide technical support for deployed automation systems.Ensure workflows comply with internal operational standards and processes.Attend internal project and workflow planning meetings.

Qualifications:

- 3–6 years experience in automation engineering, AI workflows, systems integration, or related fields.
- Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Strong practical understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, and AI workflow implementation.
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, CSV, and structured data.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript is beneficial.
- Experience within agency, marketing, or performance environments is beneficial.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
