Engineer - Mechanical Design ( Autodesk Inventor and Solidworks)
Job Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.

● Job Overview:
The primary responsibility will be to design & development of products with its relevant R&D; activities. To this end, you will cooperate closely with your colleagues in designated teams, ensuring that applications and/or machines meet high levels of quality, standards and customer requirements.

● Key Responsibilities:

- Design & development of mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies & parts considering the electromechanical, automation systems, material handling systems, SPMs and equipment designs.
- Calculations and standard bought out part selection like bearings, GB, motors, hardware, etc
- 2D drawings, 3d parts & assembly in Solidworks, Inventor and Autocad (Analysis experience is plus)
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (CE, ISO, ASME)
- Participate in cross functional engineering tasks and solving technical and quality issues.
- Vendor interaction wherever required for part development in the development Phase.

● Qualifications:

- Expertise in material selection as per the application & understand manufacturing processes limitations.
- Expertise & knowledge of electromechanical design, prototype development & testing, project management, handling multi-functional activities related to product designand direct communication with customers.
- Familiarity with product development steps like vendor interaction, stakeholders management,



timely updating the project plan, production release documentations (BOM, GA drawings, mfg. files).
- Knowledge about adaptive & empirical design principles and its implementation with certifications & standards like CE, IEC.
- Good experience in 2D drawings, 3d parts & assembly design along in Solid works, Inventor and Autocad.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving attitude.

● Experience:

- 3-7 years of experience in Mechanical design, product design & development preferably in the Industrial, Automobile, Robotics, SPMs. (Open to expand domains.)

● Education:

- An engineering education in mechanical engineering.

● Will be Reporting to:Team Lead - Mechanical
