Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth billing and ledger management using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally
- Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and billing documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
- Maintain stock and inventory records (if applicable)
- Prepare GST data and assist in return filing
- Handle data accuracy and proper documentation
- Coordinate with accounts team for financial reports

Qualification

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
