We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telemarketer to join our growing travel team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, promoting our travel packages, tour deals, and holiday offers through outbound and inbound calls. Your passion for travel and excellent communication skills will help convert leads into happy travelers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote travel packages, holiday deals, and tour itineraries.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about destinations, packages, pricing, and availability.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable packages to meet their needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets as defined by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations, itinerary sharing, and payment collection.




- Handle customer objections, complaints, and queries professionally and escalate when required.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Degree
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (travel industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English and/or regional languages.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated personality with a flair for sales.
- Basic computer knowledge — MS Office, email, CRM tools.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
