Shree Ram Paints is seeking a skilled and hardworking Industrial Paint Operator to handle paint manufacturing operations, machine handling, batch processing, mixing, and production activities. The candidate should have experience in industrial paint production and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency during manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate paint manufacturing machines and production equipment.
- Handle paint mixing, blending, grinding, and batch processing activities.
- Follow production formulas and manufacturing instructions accurately.
- Monitor production quality and maintain consistency of paint products.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area.
- Check machine performance and report maintenance issues immediately.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation when required.
- Maintain daily production records and batch details.
- Follow company safety policies and industrial operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in paint manufacturing or chemical industry operations.
- Knowledge of paint production processes and industrial machinery.
- Ability to handle mixers, dispersers, grinding machines, and related equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of working in factory environments.
- Team player with disciplined work attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in decorative or industrial paint manufacturing.
- Knowledge of colour matching and batch consistency.
- Familiarity with factory production standards and quality control processes.
