Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in the PU Foam or Mattress industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Identify and acquire new customers (B2B – furniture, mattress dealers, OEMs)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Expand dealer and distributor network
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for customer requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve sales targets and business growth

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration,



or any related field, MBA
- 3–10 years of experience in PU Foam / Mattress / Furniture industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge of market trends and customer handling
