We are looking for a Travel Executive Fresher for our Gujarat office, who will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday, also will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Requirement and skills

Candidate should have a good communication skills and ability to interact and negotiate effectively

Good English speaking will be an advantage

Freshers with good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, effective time-management skills with willingness to work in shifts

Training and support will be provided

Responsibilities

Plan and sell Transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services





Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of Transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations

Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

Enter data into our software and maintain client files

Network with tour operators, maintain statistical and financial records

Meet profit and sales target, also provide after sales services to the customer.
