Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned and highly experienced Software Sales Professionals who can independently drive business growth, generate institutional partnerships, and close high-value software sales opportunities for Master MyVoice.

This role is best suited for professionals with strong exposure to:

- SaaS Sales
- EdTech Sales
- Enterprise Software Sales
- Institutional Sales
- Corporate Training Solutions
- AI-based Product Sales

The candidate should possess strong industry connections, strategic sales capabilities, and the ability to handle end-to-end business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Master MyVoice
- Generate institutional and corporate partnerships
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and strategic presentations
- Drive B2B and B2C software sales initiatives
- Engage with:
- Colleges & Universities
- Aviation & Skill Development Academies
- Corporate HR & L&D; Teams
- Recruitment Companies
- Training Organizations
- Educational Groups & Franchise Networks
- Negotiate and close large-value business deals
- Develop sales pipelines and revenue strategies
- Achieve agreed sales and business growth targets
- Maintain long-term client relationships and account management
- Provide market insights,



competitor analysis, and growth recommendations

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in software/EdTech/SaaS sales
- Strong track record in business development and revenue generation
- Experience handling institutional or enterprise clients preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Exposure to AI-based platforms, learning technologies, or HR tech solutions is an added advantage
- Professional, target-oriented, and self-driven approach
