Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HRBP Intern who can contribute to both Human Resources operations and Client Acquisition activities. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people management, communication, hiring, and business development.

This is a dynamic role where 30% of responsibilities will focus on HR operations and 70% on client acquisition & business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (30%)

- HR activities and processes will be guided and mentored internally.

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
- Maintain candidate database, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports .
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and HR operations.





Client Acquisition & Business Development (70%)
- Identify and connect with potential clients through various platforms
- Generate leads and assist in client acquisition activities
- Coordinate with prospective clients and schedule meetings
- Build and maintain professional relationships with leads and partners
- Support business growth initiatives and market outreach strategies

Eligibility Criteria
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR and business/client handling
- Confident in client interaction and professional communication
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience can apply

Stipend & Growth Structure
- 1st Month: Unpaid Internship (Performance Evaluation Period)
- 2nd & 3rd Month: ₹5,000 stipend based on performance
- Full-Time Employment Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role based on overall performance and business contribution.
