Stalwart Laboratories is hiring R&D; Scientists for our research centre in Hyderabad.

WORK LOCATION (On-site):

1st Floor, Plot No. 19, IDA, Balanagar,

Hyderabad, Medchal-Malkajgiri,

Telangana State – 500037, India.

Candidates must be willing to work from this location.

Responsibilities

- Process development and route scouting for pharmaceutical intermediates
- Reaction optimization: yield improvement, impurity control, solvent screening
- Multi-step organic synthesis at lab scale (100 mL – 5 L) and kilo-lab scale
- Analytical characterization using HPLC, GC, TLC, and wet chemistry
- Literature survey and patent landscape analysis for new molecules
- Prepare detailed experimental reports, SOPs, and technology transfer documents
- Support scale-up activities and troubleshoot production-level issues
- Maintain lab notebooks and documentation as per GLP/GMP standards
- Collaborate with production and QC teams at the manufacturing facility

Requirements

- M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry specialization preferred)




- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D; / process development
- Strong hands-on skills in organic synthesis and reaction handling
- Working knowledge of analytical instruments: HPLC, GC, NMR (preferred)
- Understanding of process safety, handling of hazardous chemicals
- Good documentation and scientific writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
