Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff to provide quality patient care.
- Manage patient care services, including OPD, IPD, and diagnostic services.
- Oversee hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement policies for efficient hospital management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of hygiene.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in healthcare services or related field (BDS/BAMS/Physiotherapist/Doctor/BUMS).
- MBA Operations or equivalent degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of hospital administration, medical operations, and patient care principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
