Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience in International BPO/Call Centre workplace (preferably US process).
- Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on international voice processes including upselling opportunities.
- Experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
