Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume non-tech hiring across Customer Support, Presales, and Operations functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, stakeholder management, and driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires a data-driven recruiter who can independently source candidates, manage multiple hiring channels, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech hiring mandates.
- Drive volume hiring across Customer Support, Presales, and Operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through self-sourcing initiatives.
- Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners to ensure consistent profile flow and quality.
- Handle walk-in drives and support bulk hiring initiatives.
- Conduct candidate screening and assess fitment against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage salary discussions and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.




- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and closure timelines.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, source effectiveness, and closure status.
- Generate periodic hiring reports and provide actionable insights through data analysis.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring processes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in volume hiring and non-tech recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Customer Support, Presales, Operations, or similar business functions.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors and employee referral programs.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end interview coordination and stakeholder management.
- Experience handling walk-in drives and bulk hiring campaigns.
- Hands-on experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
