Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of Rivera Coil Manufacturing Private Limited’s factory premises, employees, visitors, materials, and assets. The role includes access control, surveillance, patrolling, and emergency handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Control and monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles
- Verify ID cards, visitor passes, and maintain gate entry/exit registers
- Ensure material movement is authorized with proper gate passes
- Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the factory premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities immediately
- Prevent theft, damage, fire hazards, and unauthorized access
- Ensure company safety rules and discipline are strictly followed
- Handle emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or security incidents




- Assist employees and visitors with security-related support
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
- Open and close factory gates as per shift schedule

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass
- Previous experience in factory or industrial security preferred
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic communication skills (Tamil / basic English preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)

Skills & Competencies:

- Vigilance and observation skills
- Honesty, discipline, and responsibility
- Good communication and coordination
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid (added advantage)

Working Hours:

- Shift-based (Day / Night rotation)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
