- Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Lead the end-to-end S&OP; process for the organization.

- Ensure optimized distribution planning aligned with forecasted and actual sales volumes.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Planning teams to balance demand and supply.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials across locations.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and reduce logistics costs.

2. SAP S&D; Super User Role

- Act as the key Super User for SAP Sales &
- Distribution (S&D;) module.

- Ensure effective system usage across logistics operations.

- Provide guidance, training, and support to users within the function.

- Identify process gaps and coordinate with IT/SAP team for system enhancements.

- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and process compliance in SAP.

3. IT &

- Digital Initiatives

- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the logistics function.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.





- Collaborate with IT teams to implement logistics-related system enhancements.

- Promote data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics tools.

4. Stakeholder &

- Leadership Management

- Closely coordinate with Plant Heads and CXO-level leadership on logistics planning and strategic initiatives.

- Present logistics performance, S&OP; updates, and operational insights to senior management.

- Ensure seamless communication and alignment between cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.

- Support management in strategic decision-making through detailed MIS reports and analytics.

Improvement

- Lead initiatives for cost optimization in logistics operations.

- Improve efficiency in supply chain processes through lean practices.

- Benchmark and adopt industry best practices in S&OP; and logistics management.
