EdifyChamps is a rapidly growing international EdTech platform catering to students across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and global markets. We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
- Counsel parents and students regarding our educational programs and services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs
- Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective sales and counseling strategies
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maximize conversions and revenue generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students
- Maintain accurate records of leads,
sales activities, and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support
Requirements
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling / Education Sales (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication, sales, and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
