: Business Analyst & Developer

Role: RPA BA (60 %)+Developer (40 %)

Technical Knowledge/Skills & Key Responsibilities

- Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
- Solid knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
- Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
- Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of technology
- BRD, PDD,



User Manual- Process Documentation
- Requirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creation
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Maintain existing automation scripts and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, documentation, and deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents related to RPA bots.

Qualifications Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science, Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred.
