The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions :

Quality Strategy and Automation :

- Develop and maintain test strategies and automation frameworks for the SAP platform.
- Maintain automated test suites and regression coverage to improve testing efficiency.
- Own quality standards and test planning across enterprise delivery.
- Drive technical improvements in regression cycle times and automated coverage.

Release Governance and Execution :

- Govern release validation and manage quality gates to ensure deployment readiness.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to maintain platform integrity.
- Validate releases and report on quality metrics and associated risks.
- Identify defects before production to maintain a high release success rate.

Governance, Compliance and Safety :

- Ensure all requirements and documentation comply with governance and security standards.
- Maintain documentation and vendor engagement in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Identify and report site hazards or incidents to support a safe working environment.




- Achieve key performance indicators aligned to the overall business strategy.

Accountability and Influence :

- Demonstrate a robust sense of personal accountability for platform test coverage and quality.
- Influence quality outcomes across the delivery lifecycle through analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Who you will be working with :

- Internal Delivery Teams : Support Analysts and Test Automation Engineers.
- Internal Stakeholders : Developers, functional analysts, administrators, and business stakeholders.
- External Partners : Test Automation Vendors and System Integrators.

Expectations :

- Platform Reliability : Maintaining defect leakage below 2%.
- Testing Excellence : Achieving automated test coverage of greater than 85%.
- Release Success : Ensuring a release success rate of greater than 98%.
- Operational Efficiency : Reducing regression cycle times by 20% or more year-on-year.
