Role & responsibilities:

Vendor Credit Management:

- Track and maintain records of vendor credits, credit notes, and adjustments.
- Validate and reconcile vendor statements against internal financial records.
- Ensure timely application of credits in financial systems and ERP platforms.
- Monitor pending credits and identify discrepancies proactively.

Vendor Coordination:

- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, mismatches, and pending credits.
- Follow up on outstanding credit claims and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain professional communication records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

Operational Support:

- Assist in day-to-day BPO operations and back-office processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure process efficiency.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational compliance. • Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Outstanding vendor credits
- Reconciled transactions
- Vendor aging reports




- Credit claim status reports

Additional responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Update trackers and operational dashboards regularly.
- Ensure proper filing and record management for future audits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO operations, finance support, accounts payable, or vendor management preferred
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and vendor management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems will be an added advantage
