We are focused on working with teenagers, adults, couples & families- delivering evidence-based therapies, specialised group programmes, and psychological assessments tailored to each person's needs.

About the role: We're looking for an early-career clinical psychologist to join us — working with individuals across a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, substance use, personality difficulties, bipolar disorder, grief, and relationship concerns.

Your responsibilities will include the following:





- Carry an individual therapy caseload across a range of conditions for teens and adults - Work collaboratively with other mental health professional to deliver evidence-based treatment - Monitor treatment progress using standardised tools and adapt plans based on client feedback - Conduct psychological assessments as needed - Co-facilitating specialized group programs What’s in it for You:

Who We’re Looking For: Ideal Qualifications- - PGDCP, M.Phil, or PhD in Clinical Psychology (RCI registration mandatory) - 0–5 years of clinical experience (strong fresh graduates welcome) - Foundational training in at least one evidence-based psychotherapy approach (CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, or similar) Preferred Qualifications- - Experience or training in working with teens - Exposure to couple/ family therapy - Familiarity with standardised psychological assessments (cognitive, neurodevelopmental, or personality) - Any additional training or certification in trauma-focused work, DBT, EMDR, or IFS - Genuine interest in contributing to programme development as Metamind expands its services Ready to Join Us?
