Job Overview The candidate will be responsible for delivering English and communication training sessions for students enrolled in the skilling program. The role also involves mentoring learners, supporting placement readiness activities, tracking student progress through assessments, support centre operations & implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct spoken English and communication skills training sessions
- Train students in workplace communication, presentation, and interview skills
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and group discussions
- Track student attendance, participation, and progress
- Maintain training records
- Provide mentoring and learning support to students




- Prepare reports every month.
- Encourage a positive and engaging classroom setting
- Support mobilisation and student engagement activities when required

Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Passion for teaching and mentoring youth.

Good presentation and facilitation skills.

Student-friendly and approachable personality.

Ability to motivate and engage learners

Basic computer skills

Minimum Eligibility Requirement

Education Qualification: Graduate in English or a related field preferred

Experience: 1 to 3 years of teaching/training experience preferred
