Role Description

*Drive Health Insurance sales through recent business acquisition, renewals, and client relationship management.

*Generate leads through cold calling, references, and open market activities to achieve sales targets.

*Manage the complete sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, policy issuance, and premium coordination.





*Provide policy servicing, renewal follow-up, and end-to-end claim support by coordinating with insurers and stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

*Graduate with 2–3 years of direct channel sales experience, preferably in Health or General Insurance sales; freshers with strong educational background may also be considered.

*IRDA certification preferred or willingness to obtain the license during employment.

*Good understanding of insurance products, customer handling, and dealership/business operations.
