We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven US Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place our IT consultants on contract projects across the United States. In this role, you will focus heavily on marketing candidates.

Candidate Marketing: Regularly market bench consultants using email campaigns, hotlists, and direct outreach to target prime vendors and clients.

Requirement Sourcing: Scrape and source relevant IT requirements from portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.

Vendor Management: Build and maintain a solid network of Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners.

End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete lifecycle from submission, interview scheduling, and rate negotiation to final placement.

Required Skills and Qualification s

- Experience:



7 + years of proven experience as a US Bench Sales Recruiter.
- Tax Terms: Deep understanding of US hiring terms like C2C (Corp-to-Corp), W2, and 1099.
- Tools: High proficiency with US Job Boards, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Geographic Knowledge: Comfort working with US time zones (EST, CST, MST, PST) and familiarity with the US tech market layout.
- Communication: Top-tier English communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Work Environment - This is a remote role

- Shift: Night shift required to match US business operating hours.
