About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Founder‘s Office Business Operations to work closely with the founders across multiple high-growth verticals in a scaling start-ups.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution: ensuring that day-to-day operations run seamlessly while driving accountability across teams. You will work across e-commerce, fashion/textile operations, marketing, production, and customer experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take on real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Communication

- Serve as the primary coordination point across 2-3 internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, Design/Merchandising).
- Facilitate regular syncs, prepare meeting agendas, circulate action items and track follow-ups to closure.
- Maintain clear documentation of decisions, SOPs and escalation paths so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Build and manage a shared communications calendar to align team priorities.

Shopify & E-Commerce Workflow Management

- Own and optimise day-to-day Shopify operations: product listing hygiene, collections, discount codes, and fulfilment workflows.
- Coordinate with tech, marketing, and catalogue teams on new product launches, seasonal updates, and campaign setups.
- Monitor order management processes and flag bottlenecks or exceptions proactively.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for all recurring Shopify tasks.

Operational Oversight

- Track key operational metrics and prepare concise weekly/monthly status reports for leadership.




- Identify process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions to improve turnaround times and team output.
- Support onboarding of tools, integrations, or vendors as the business scales.

What We‘re Looking For

Must-Have

- 2 years of hands-on experience in business operations, e-commerce operations or a closely related role.
- Direct experience working with Shopify (admin, workflows, apps, or integrations).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can write a clear brief and run a productive meeting.
- Natural at coordinating across teams; comfortable chasing people for updates without creating friction.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, project trackers like Notion, or similar).
- Bengaluru-based and available to join immediately (or within very short notice).

Good to Have

- Background or genuine interest in fashion, apparel, or textile industry.
- Exposure to D2C brand operations or working in a startup / scale-up setting.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps (inventory management, returns, loyalty, email marketing integrations).
- Experience building or refining SOPs and internal wikis.
