Role: Information Retrieval Officer (IRO)- Voice Process
Location: Swargate, Pune
Qualification: HSC Pass
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers over calls or other communication channels
- Ensure high-quality customer service with efficiency
Shift Details:
- Shift Timing : 9 hours per day
- 5 Days Working (2 Rotational OFF)
Salary:
- 14,500 (In Hand)
- 18,500 CTC
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Marathi
- Availability: Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
- There would be 2 offs in a week
Additional Information:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Training will be provided
