Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support (Real Estate) role based in Prayagraj. The customer support specialist will handle client inquiries related to real estate services, listings, and transactions through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities include providing accurate information about properties, coordinating with internal teams and agents, maintaining records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. The role also involves assisting clients with basic technical issues related to online property portals, documenting feedback to improve services,



and supporting the sales and marketing teams with customer insights. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally, ensure timely responses, and contribute to a positive client experience at every stage of the real estate process.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction in a client-facing environment
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities for engaging with diverse clients and internal teams
- Basic Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with online listings, portals, and digital tools
- Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and provide clear, actionable feedback
- Prior experience in real estate, property services, or a related customer-focused role is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Prayagraj, manage multiple inquiries, and stay organized under time pressure
- Proficiency with common office software and CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is a plus
