Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and enquiries from workshops, garages, and retailers.

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and close orders.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable spare parts/solutions.

- Create, process, and track sales orders in the system.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for timely order fulfillment.

- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM/ERP systems.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
