Client Success Executive – Zoho Books & Compliance OperationsAbout the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Success Executive to manage client relationships, compliance tracking, and Zoho Books & Inventory operations. The ideal candidate will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and high-quality service delivery.

This role offers excellent exposure to compliance management, CRM operations, client servicing, and business process coordination in a dynamic and growth-oriented setting.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Coordination

- Act as the primary SPOC for clients and handle queries, follow-ups, and communication through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with clients
- Track internal team tasks and escalate delays to Partners and Managers
- Coordinate with the CS team and articles to ensure timely completion of work

Compliance & Operations
- Manage Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs), including applications, renewals, and expiry tracking
- Maintain compliance trackers for ROC, annual, and event-based compliances
- Ensure timely filing and completion of statutory requirements
- Assist in company registrations and ROC form filings

Client Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle end-to-end client onboarding processes
- Collect and maintain KYC documents, engagement letters, and client records
- Maintain organized folder structures and documentation in Dropbox
- Track enquiry sheets and maintain updated client databases

Lead Management & Business Support
- Respond to website leads and inquiries promptly
- Track leads and support the conversion process
- Identify operational risks such as compliance delays, invoicing gaps, and pending follow-ups

Zoho Books & Inventory Responsibilities




- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients using Zoho products
- Conduct requirement gathering, product demos, and onboarding sessions
- Handle client queries, issues, and escalations effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for customizations and integrations
- Maintain regular follow-ups and strong client relationships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Zoho products
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and progress
- Handle Zoho partnership-related requirements and coordination

Reporting & Invoicing
- Maintain trackers for clients, DSCs, compliance, and leads
- Share weekly status and progress reports
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups

Additional Responsibilities
- Handle Demat-related queries and follow-ups
- Support workflow optimization and process efficiency initiatives

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in CRM or client-handling roles preferred
- Familiarity with the Zoho ecosystem is an added advantage

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

Language Requirements
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (written and spoken)
