Job Title: Cashier-Aundh-Pune

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Cashier to join our team at our Aundh location in Pune. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle billing and invoicing for jewellery purchases accurately

- Receive payments via cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital modes

- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system

- Issue receipts, invoices, and warranty/guarantee documents

- Verify product tags, pricing, and applicable taxes (GST) before billing

- Maintain proper records of daily sales, cash collections, and balance

- Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts

- Coordinate with sales staff for order details and product verification

- Assist customers with payment-related queries politely and professionally

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures





- Maintain confidentiality of customer and transaction details

Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate (Commerce preferred)

- 1 3 years of experience in retail cashiering (jewellery or luxury retail preferred)

- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software

- Basic knowledge of GST billing and invoicing

- Robust numerical and attention-to-detail skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- High level of honesty and integrity

- Preferred Requirements

- Experience in jewellery retail stores

- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone billing practices

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, POS systems)
