Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

- Support requirement gathering for website revamp and digital initiatives
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, and process workflows
- Collaborate with business, design, and technology stakeholders

SDLC Participation

- Participate in all phases: requirement, development, testing, deployment

Testing & Quality Assurance

- Design and execute functional, regression, and UAT test cases
- Perform API testing (Postman / Swagger)
- Validate end-to-end digital journeys
- Log, track, and close defects

Data Validation & Reporting

- Use SQL for backend validation
- Prepare MIS and trackers using Excel

Production Support

- Support releases, perform validations, and handle production issues

Skills & Experience





- 35 years of experience as Business Analyst / Testing role (Must-have)
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes (Agile or Waterfall) (Must-have)
- Understanding & Knowledge: AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) , AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) , AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management), Testing Scope in AEM Ecosystem (Must-have)
- Strong testing capabilities with understanding of end-to-end test scenarios (Must-have)
- Experience in API testing (Postman/Swagger or similar tools) (Must-have)
- Good working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis (Must-have)
- Valuable hands-on experience in Excel for analysis and reporting (Must-have)
- Understanding of digital workflows and website journeys (Must-have)

Exposure to tools like JIRA or any test management tool (Good-to-have)
